Every BoydMercantile product is custom-made to order, personalized just for you. Because of that, all sales are final — we can't resell an item printed with your photos or names.
We'll always make it right if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• There's a defect in the materials or printing
• You received the wrong item
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photos before you order. We print exactly what you approve.
Custom orders are handmade, so please allow a few business days for your item to be made before it ships. If tracking shows your order as delivered and you don't have it, let us know within 14 days and we'll help sort it out.
